Business Process
Our business process aims to provide complete solutions with our proprietary, time-tested product development and manufacturing methodology that sets Toshiki apart. What ultimately comes out of our production line are finished products with elegant quality that is consistent.
Development
When a product idea has been conceptualized, our task is to interpret that idea into specific parameters referenced against tangible benchmarks. Our development team prepares actual product samples & submits them to our clients. After further tweaks (typically sensorial) the new formulation is ready to be tested out on a pilot scale.
Research & Innovation
Our innovation centre is housed in a dedicated state-of-the-art building in Tokyo and staffed by over 30 scientists with deep formulation experience and knowledge. Equipped with pilot- and kilo- scale equipments for experimental production trials, R&D conducts the trials like clock-work to offer some of the world’s most creative product concepts.
Pilot to Commercial
Taking the formulation on to a pilot scale is, in itself, a most exciting process. We work cautiously to ensure scalability and repeatability when transitioning to commercial phase. Each phase is systematically monitored whilst stability studies progress.
